On July 21, 2020, nine young Tradition, Family and Property Texas volunteers traveled to Washington D.C. to join a rosary rally for the nation at the U.S. Capitol Building. The event was part of the American TFP’s nationwide campaign to return the nation to order.
The American TFP is in the process of holding Rosary Rallies at all fifty state capitals as a means of fighting against the anarchy, socialism, confusion and discouragement that is shaking the nation. Statues of Our Lady of Fatima are present at these events as participants ask her intercession.
“America has lost its way. We have rejected God and the Ten Commandments. Is it any wonder the country is unraveling?” said Evan Olwell of TFP Texas.
Prayer Warriors in Battle Array
In spite of intense heat, all prayed fervently and with a spirit of sacrifice
The over sixty in attendance were touched by the august presence of the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima which cried miraculous tears in 1972 in New Orleans. In spite of intense heat, all prayed fervently and with a spirit of sacrifice. “I am worried at the direction our country is going. We need to beseech God, through the Blessed Mother, to have mercy on the nation,” continued Mr. Olwell.

Several crimson medieval-style standards characteristic of the TFP towered over those assembled. They flanked an even taller American Flag. Bagpipers in kilts and drummers roused the little army of prayer warriors. The statue of Our Lady was protected by an honor guard of TFP members wearing a gala uniform.
Some of the TFP Texas volunteers had different reasons for praying the rosary at the US Capitol. “Our Lady promised the rosary will be a powerful armor against hell… destroy vice, decrease sin and defeat heresy,” affirmed Simon Boldy of Fredericksburg, Texas.
The rally ended with a beautiful procession. In the shade, a little oratory was then set up and all could pray privately before the pilgrim statue. While gazing upon the pilgrim virgin, the U.S. Capitol Building was directly behind her. TFP Texas volunteer John Paul Tomba summed up the sentiments of all, “The devil and the left are doing everything to destroy our country. We must fight to return America back to God.”

America must return to the Father’s house. This is the goal of the nationwide effort to return America to order. Like the Prodigal Son, He will not refuse a humble and contrite heart. May Mary, Mother of Mercy, restore America!
