The weeping of Our Lady in New Orleans is related to the prophecies of Fatima. The fact that a statue of Our Lady of Fatima shed tears means the event is related to the apparitions in Portugal. Now, the apparitions in Portugal were meant to give a message, and this message must explain her tears.
In light of her message, the reason for her tears is more than obvious: Humanity failed to give up the sins she had ordered it to abandon. Therefore, the punishments she foresaw are about to come. And she weeps at the imminence of the punishments which she was unable to prevent because of the wickedness of men. That is the obvious reason for her crying. So we must consider that Our Lady wept in New Orleans for the whole world to understand that she is sad, that an immense sin is being perpetrated and is attaining its climax. And that she wants to be consoled and defended in the struggle she wages against this sin to make her prediction come true: “Finally, my Immaculate Heart will triumph.”
Our Lady has come here to ask for resolution, to transform us, so we may change our ways and give her everything. In other words, she came to preach a Crusade. Think of the metaphor of the Dethroned Queen: “Will any of you rise? Will any of you begin a struggle to stop this abomination? No one?”

“Come, Lady and Mother, come as soon as possible, come immediately. Come with rumbling, thunder, and splendor. Come to overcome, to conquer completely, and to win until the end of the world. Consider, Lady and Mother, that everything is extremely ripe for punishing Satan and his henchmen, liberating thy children, and establishing thy Reign.”
